I'm not an old jazz aficionado, but I love Louis Armstrong, as did my Dad. One of his favorites had lyrics along the lines of "I'm in heaven...waiting for you...not messin' around..." (maybe used the word cheatin'?)

I've completely butchered it. Poor Satchmo.

Anyway, I think it's Louis Armstrong, but may have been a different singer of that era. If anyone has any idea what I'm talking about, I'd love it if you could tell me the song title. Or maybe give me a few ideas I can look up myself. I heard it on the radio not long ago and I meant to write it down but didn't, and I've love to find it and download.
