Help finding Dance song from the 90's

I'm glad I found this forum. I hope you music enthusiasts can help me out here.

I tried searching Google with snippets of the lyrics I know, and I have come up with nothing.

I'm sure the song is from the mid-90s. It's a dance/trance song that I heard last night on the radio from a club mix. The lyrics go something like this:
