There was a song played during 90's at noon one day and I cannot figuire the title or artist, can't remember a lot of words but hopefully someone can help me.
It was a woman singing the song,

no thats not it, The woman singing had a voice that was just different. trying to figuire out who she would sound like. Thank you for replying.
