Solved: Sex and The City Identify

In season four of Sex and the City, Samantha is on the rooftop of a building with Richard when a song begins to play. There's the view with the city lights and they're next to the pool. The song is something like "...home, when your home, I'll be there, by your side, baby.." If anyone knows the name of this song or the artist, it would be really helpful. Let me know. Thanks!
