Title and Artist of Trance song- (i have mp3 preview)

i ripped this song from a video, so i dont know the song title or artist (and its very poor quality). Please help!

The sound is pretty good quality but nothing rings a bell with me.

thanks a lot for trying! i never discovered either of those. Unfortunately that CD only has songs from up to 1999 and the mix was made in 2003-4 (but it does have some good songs on it anyway). Also i watched the short film (which has the same title as another artist from the mix)... but it is only accordion, nothing else

I was told by someone else today that it might be by "Spiritual Project" ... which i am looking into right now... there doesnt seem to be very many (if any) downloads or previews of their music anywhere so it may be difficult to even find out if it is by them or not :P

i still have not found it evidently it is a really obscure song.
