New song..need artist

I heard this song a few days ago and have been dying to know who it's by
The song is mostly piano that is very Dresden Doll-ish and the guitar is very Los Lonely Boys-ish.
A guy and a girl switch the verses between themselves, and they sound like they have british accents.
I can't really understand some of the lyrics.

And then they basically sing it over a few times. I'm not really sure which genre of music this is.
It's very....poppy....I guess you could say, though.

I think I got some of the lyrics in the first verse wrong.
Now I think they are:

“Im quite aware that smoking kills, but this nicotine addiction is helping me deal with any stress I’m feeling, if I get liver failure before Im 30 then I’ve had a good time I guess it’s worth it. I don’t need to pop no pills the music’s were I get my thrills, when I shake ill shake it like I should cause baby I rave good."

I'm not sure if this is right but try...
