I heard this song a few days ago and have been dying to know who it's by
The song is mostly piano that is very Dresden Doll-ish and the guitar is very Los Lonely Boys-ish.
A guy and a girl switch the verses between themselves, and they sound like they have british accents.
I can't really understand some of the lyrics.
Here are some lyrics [I think]
The girl goes:
"I'm going to where that smile can kill
but this nicotine addiction is helping me deal
with any stress I feel
and if I get *not clear* before I'm 30
then I've had a good time
Guess it's worth it
I don't need to pop no pills"
And the guy goes:
"The music's where I get my thrills
and when I shake
I shake it like I should
Cuz baby I rave good
I ain't got no rules
cuz I'm crazy cool
and I dance like I dance
cuz I got the tools
Ain't got no rules
cuz I'm crazy cool
And I dance like I dance
cuz I got the tools."
And the girls goes:
"Take some time to breathe..."
And the guys goes:
"Pick it up
move your body til your senseless
when we move we move relentless
we do
we do
I don't need to pop no pills
The music's where I get my thrills
and when I shake I shake it like I should
cuz baby I rave good."
And then they basically sing it over a few times. I'm not really sure which genre of music this is.
It's very....poppy....I guess you could say, though.
<33 thanks.
