HELP! I only know a few of the lyrics...

Hi! I am new here and have looked on other sites for lyrics to no avail. This song came out in the early '70's and I believe these guys were one hit wonders. I think they were called the Adrizzi Brothers (spelling?) and some of the lyrics are "hey girl, we got to get it on again, learn to love together, fall in love again, we got to make it right." I am not entirely sure that last part is right!!! Many thanks.
