help: 90s club-hit

i am looking for the name and the artist of a club-track from the mid-90s that was also a huge chart hit in europe.
it is instrumental, with a mid-tempo beat and kind of a "mexican-western-movie-melody" reappearing.
there was a black and white-videoclip to it. it showed a bold cowgirl taking a bath ( i think in slowmotion). kind of weid but it was constantly being played on mtv.

does this ring a bell with anybody? my description is very vague, i know, but i don't know how to describe it better.
