Need artist of song sung by young female artist

A lovely song sung by a young female artist. Searched myself silly on Google, but didn't find it. It starts of like this "Sometimes when the rain falls down on my face...." and the chorus goes something like this "i wanna get closer to you, i spread my wings and fly to you".

maybe this is some really unknown artist, i dunno. help appreciated.

I am searching for the same song. It's sounds great. I heard it in a dutch TV-show 'keyzer en de boer advocaten' (aired on 8 jan 2007). The song was not mentioned in the credits. Where did you hear it?
