Need help identifying a Hip-Hip tune pls

I heard it back in 1994, & the tune i am looking for was used as an instrumental on a remix of Smif-N-Wessun's Wrekonize, which was played on a Norwegian Radio Show around that time.

Here is the lyrics which was used except for the vocal by Smif-N-Wessun ofc ;

"I'ma swing it high, I'ma swing it low. Its the/that underground flow, act like you know". Not sure if these lyrics is from the tune im looking for, but if there is any old National Rapshow heads out there with some old tapes laying around or something, pls give me shout.
