Hello everyone...There is a song that i heard in a rock station, in greece, it said "Life is beautiful" and i just caught some lyrics, which i hope they will help..

"Take my hand and try to make it..." made me think of Bon Jovi - Livin' On A Prayer but I don't think it's that going by the other lyrics you have.
