Default HELP with MIMS - This is why im Hot REMIX

I think at 1:13 of the "This is why im hot remix", the regular beat of the track stops and switches to an old raggae song i heard a while back. is it one of bob marley's songs?

if anyone can give me the name of the songs and the artist thatd be great
thanks

Which remix version - there appears to be several.

Do you have a link to the particular version?

I don't recognize anything of Bob Marley [or any other reggae song that I know of] in there - maybe someone else will.

Well, the MIMS version is called the "Blackout Remix" ... as far as what is that reggae song...it sounds very familiar...it might be an Augustus Pablo song...I'll have to check it out if I can ever find that cd.

It's the "blackout remix" Go to the iTunes music store and just play the 30 second sample...this includes the short portion of the reggae song. You can also play the music video for the blackout remix and hear a part of the reggae sample as well.

I don't know about the "blackout remix", but my file says "reggae remix." The only sample I hear in the song is Sister Nancy - "Bam Bam", but it's not at 1:13. At least not in the file i've got...

Default 1:13

I don't think its Bob Marley but I hear what ur talkin about its a sample I've heard in a couple other tracks. I know that Aphrodite uses that rift in one of his tracks Wikki Wikki Plate from his Takeover Album back in like 98? I hope that helps you at least get a better idea of the original track
