It is techno, of the late 90's style, very heavy and dancy but not hardcore or trancy or fast, maybe 125ish BPM. 11 tracks on the cd, track in question is 7:45 long, and the whole cd is continuous, and that track is the only one with any lyrics whatsoever. I got a copy from a friend that didnt know who it was either, around 2001. If anyone knows what it is, who it is, etc, I would be extremely grateful, as it has baffled me for years.
