Help identifysong. Early nineties shoegazer, ambient

Song came out between 91-94. It's electronic, ambient... in the style of Moodswings with Chrissie Hynde....(but isn't)

The song is slow in tempo and has a female vocalist that is similar to Elizabeth Frasier (Cocteau Twins). Has lots of organic layers...clean sounding guitar samples, accordian, organ, and timpani drum. Some of the lyrics are kindof muddled and has very interesting phrasing, sound like the woman is singing, "you can send me ravens, I have no will over demons......but I am touched by Aeee Aeee Aeee Aeee angles..."
