it sounds like "spacially made for ad" song for me too, but who knows. Heh, it reminds me of Sopranos theme song btw (the melody is very similar)

I read on yahoo forums that barcardi says is is paul miser..but I can't find the name of the song anywhere..it does sound like the sopranos theme song by A3 tho. Still researching it.

It is Pete Miser who made that song, it was on the peach red bacardi commercial and this is what pete stated:
