Need help!

Hey all,

Just wanting to know the title or artist of a song fragment that I heard the other day. I hardly know anything about it, really obscure, but it's basically house/electronica. The only lyrics I heard were "Who...am I" repeated twice with an echo effect, sung by a guy. Slow song with heavy bass and strong drum beat, really relaxing, but also kind of melancholy. I'm clueless, lyrics searches do nothing with only 3 words. Any help would be great
