Angry Going Nuts, Down on the corner. . in the morning ?

I am looking for a song and am not sure of the exact lyrics. Can't find it.
I think it was sometime like this Late 90s or early 2000s.

" it's four o'clock in the morning, where are you going to be? Out on the corner"
Any Ideas, It is R&B or RAP. I I don't think it was played that long on the radio.

This dam song was on the Radio about the same time the Fugees had their big CD out.

It was like a scolding song. A woman rapper (Not popular as TLC) , starts out by saying something like: So you think your ......? (like a Tough guy or something) I remember it to be... where are you going to be? Down on the corner. They keep repeating the down on a corner ... Or at the corner or something. I think the theme of the song was this guy is wasting his life with what he is doing and not going to go very far.

That is all I know. It may have been a Spanish women singer or rapper.
Maybe it was 5 o'clock in the morning, where are you going to be (Group of singers now) "Out on the corner". or maybe Down on the corner.

Please help me before I shoot myself.

Hi, I hear a song on the radio. It is like a duet. One sings the other Raps. It is out right now and is popular. But I don't know the name, so I can't download it. In fact, I can't remember any words. If I did, I could do a lyrics search.

They take turns one is Rapping than the other sings.

It came out in 2006 or 2007. I even seen their concert on TV.

    Any Ideas?

    Thanks

Two Men, One Raps the other sings. They have deep voices. Both never do their thing at the same time, they take turns.

    Thanks for trying to help.
