Help with not so old song

There's a song that is kind of "Creed or Linkin Park" like and it goes' "So far away, in my hands, in my hands agaaiiin." That's the Chorus. It isn't Nickelbacks "far away" but kind of like it, just a little slower. Any help please. Thanks
