Help ID song heard at Forever 21 store?!

Hi,

They were playing this song in the early afternoon at the midtown Manhattan location of Forever 21 today. Bits and pieces are stuck in my head and I have absolutely no idea what it is. It's a hip hop song. I think Jay Z raps in it, and names JD and Timba at the very end. There's a line that goes something like "clapping to the top" or maybe it's "see you at the top"??? There's also a woman singing the chorus/bridge, but I couldn't identify the woman. Anyone have any ideas?????
