help finding techno song

I'm searching for a techno/trance song which is basically a digitized laugh, starting out like: "ahahahaha, ahahaha, etc." and gets faster and faster. and in between a voice says "baaaastaaard...."

That's not it, but the song I'm looking for is similar with the continuous laugh, and also the one I'm looking for is a little more sinister sounding.
