HELP Identify this Dance Song

Okay, I was at a club and I don't know if it is house, trance, techno, what have you, but here is what i know about the song:
it's a girl with a higher pitched voice and she says something like "woke up this morning, it was a sunny day"

that's all i know but i love the song and i've GOT TO KNOW WHO SINGS IT...please HELP!!! thanks so much
