can't find old techno song "what is going on"

Hi,
I'm trying to find an old techno song where a girl says "What is going on? and why are you being so nice?" a bit later she says "what are you up to?"

I know the sample is from "coming to america", and i think the song is from one of the "speed limit 140bpm+" albums, but i don't know the title of the track.

Any suggestions?
