Solved: Piano song with a few lyrics at the end

Hi!
Can anyone identify this song I heard on the radio the other day...

It starts off with solo piano with a nice, catchy melody, then some strings join in. I'd say 90% of the song is this instrumental, and only at the end do some quiet lyrics come in... something about 'life' and maybe 'vain' or 'pain' I dunno haha

Any ideas?
