I can't remember where I heard this, who sang it or anything else about it - it's one of those random memories that pop up from time to time and drive me absolutely crazy until I figure them out.

The only lyrics I remember are:

...or something close to that.

Nope. Already have it, but unfortunately that's not the one. I want to say this was more mellow, and that it had a music video or was a TV performance. But, with my memory, I'm not sure.
