help finding technoish song

i really hope at least someone can help...
i heard this song in a store and it was loud but i really liked it. it was a techno-ish dance type song it was a man singing. the lyrics, from what i could get were along the lines of

"ice cream, i just wanna dance...i don't need no other, I just wanna dance..."
or maybe it wasn't ice cream, but rather "i scream" either way it's driving me crazyyyy and i can't find it anywhere...so help is much appriciated!!
