The first song I need help with has whats below as the chorus

I just know the person singing it goes ...Brrrr rakata Brrr rakata dunnin... and whats above starts over again.

The secound song is Popular in the clubs down here in Miami Florida and comes on late on the radio when dance/style music is ongoing...

Its sounds like a middle eastern beat with some guy singing in a middle eastern language.
