Guys Help Me Please, Im Tired Of Looking For That Song!

OK I've heard that pretty old most likely techno song on my friends cd but we can't identify its name: I remember it starts with a soft male voice singing and then switches to techno voice saying something like "Rave Is Back" and then there are parts where a female voice says something like "Free free girl, free girl kinda girl kinda girl" I know its not a lot but I'm really tired of randomly looking for that song you are my last hope
