Anyone know this song at all?

The main thing I remember about this one hip hop/rap song was the repeated use of "UHHHH (uhhh) na na na na (nananana)". For the life of me, I can't remember anything spoken in the song other than those... noises--and no it's not Foxy Brown's "Fox Boogie" although the use sounds just about the same.

There was a music video for it, too, and I think most of it took place on an inside basketball court which also contained a car and a person in a fursuit who at one point made a slam dunk. Lots of flashing lights and confetti, and that's honestly all I can remember from the song's video.

Oh, and they made a doll of the rapper at some point that would say "UHHHH. Na na na na", if that helps any. They were showing it on VH1 sometime last week but I didn't manage to catch the name of the artist at all.

Any help figuring out the title or artist is greatly appreciated!
