Help identyifing a music video/song..

Ello ello ello,
A few months ago i heard or should i seen a video on a channel called MTV2 here in the UK, and it was been stuck in my head since that fateful day but i can not for the life of me recall what is was called.

Heres what i remember from the lyrics-
"on and on and on and on....the world never stops turning...

Or it could of been

"on and on and on and on...the world jsut keeps on spinning..

I know thats not a lot to go on and maybe what i remember from the music video may be of more help-

It was of the singer, a man in his 20s, walking along various roadsides, with the scenery changing from shot to shot, there was a scene where some people, girls and boys, also in their late teens/twenties were carrying a shell of a car down the road whilst he is singing the song,

It is a very acousticy song, i only recall his voice and a guitar being heard, a bit damien rice cannonbally but less whiny if that makes sense.

Any help much appreciated!
