Male singer, sung fairly slow

John, I believe the song you want is Cavatina. The version I know was sung by Paul Potts on his CD "One Chance." It was evidently written for a female to sing, and the lyrics are shown that way, but he sang it to a woman.

Hi, John!

I just got lucky finding it. I was Googling and Googling, to no avail, although I did run across your thread looking for it. So finally I went to the Paul Potts CD, found what had to be the title (Cavatina?), and did a search for that. Sure enough, it was the right song. I think it is so beautiful, too. If you don't have Paul's CD, you may very well enjoy it. There's some classical, a wee bit of popular, a touch of Broadway, and - if you get the extended version - two Christmas songs. It's well worth buying.

Again, I'm glad to have found it for you, and for me, too - I wanted those lyrics!
