Soca or Reggaeton song identification help

There is a song that's played on the radio a lot. I thought it was sung by Kevin Lyttle or Rupee, since the vocals sound a lot like them (high voice).

I know the lyrics I think are sung in the chorus are wrong because I can't find it anywhere on Google.

What I think the chorus lyrics are are:

If she says she needs

... horrible, I know.
