I read this sentence many time, but i guess, my english is bad, so i have to ask: you mean, there is a song called "Your ***Gotta Go" and the tune taken from that song is also in the song, you are looking for??

"your *** gotta go" are not the real lyrics but the first line of the song goes by the tune
EASY NOW, YOUR *** GOTTA GO
