ok theres a song and its driving me nuts i cant find it i cant remember the lyrics or the singer or the title but the song goes do do do doo doo doooo do di do do doo

and i THINK some of the words is either loving time or loving town or lovertown somthing like that and its a girl singing it im not sure if its techno or pop but this was back in the old school days i heard it a week ago on the radio but didnt catch the name please help me ive been looking fo this for about 4 years

There's this song that's been stuck in my head on and off for yeears now! Maybe close to 10. It's melody and the way the girl sings is like this song YouTube - 'Meet You in the Red Room' but it's a slow song that has a lot of bass lines, uses ace of base's most famous song's(forget the name) sound in the melody, and the girl sings do do doo do, do di doo do a lot. especially after she sings a line. she sounds like dido but i don't think it's her. it's from the 90s. Thanks!
