From Shrek 3 but not in soudtrack

Theres a song that plays about an hour into the film just as prince charming catches shrek and leads him off into a cell.
The lyrics have a line "Is that alright, yeah" and as far as i can see its not one of the songs that is on the released soundtrack and i have no idea who it is.
Hopefully somone will know

Its always my luck, ill be watching some random film and hear a bit of a tune i really like and its never on the cd. Loved this song the second i heard it.
