I'm sorry, this is really vague. But it's song by a girl, and it's at least 5 years old. I don't know the words but it's upbeat and they say "oh, oh" or "whoa, whoa" in the chorus. and the notes in the chorus go: b a g f# f# g a PLEASE HELP ME!

what genre is the song? - it's just sort of a pop-type thing. it's not really techno, but it's certainly upbeat

Where did you hear the song? i heard it at a store on various occasions. Kmart, i think. (:
