Did you try asking the creator of the game?

On this page it says what is supposedly the music.
Scroll down to number 5 answer.

This seems to be the nearest from those mentioned but I'm not sure myself????

i have tried contacting he creator of the flash movie but i havent gotten any replys.

and his FAQ is useless cause its not on there :P
and its not the zoo Base alert part

The part im lookin for is 20 seconds in, where all the people are chearing and the money are roling in.
