I been looking for this song over a year and a half and today at work it came on the radio again so i used a voice memo to get what i could from the song and ill try to post what i got on my phone online soon but this is what it sounds like to me its by a girl and its pop

Make sure you turn the volume up on your speakers like really really loud cause i mean come on they came from a cell phone so they are really really quiet

Ok I listened carefully and over and over and finally heard enough lyrics to tell you that it is "Bound To You" by Shawn Colvin. That is a cool song, I've always liked her.
