my kids need title and artist...HELP

My kids have to perform a skit for camp on "instructions". They decided to do a dance skit and like and IDIOT I told them about a song I knew from the 80's/90's about dance instruction and I have no idea what the title is or who sings it. The song has speaking parts where a man says something like "step left step right and over again again bend knees....." and the choras is "show me how to dance". I tried a search but came up with zip. Please help!
