im lookin for the artist and song title

so about a year ago i heard a song and i loved it i have heard it twice since then once on a commercial and once at arestruant i cant seem to ever getthe artist or the song title i dont know the lyrics it is a guy who plays a piano and has a really high voice the only lyrics i know in the song is at the in of the chorus line he either says "pick me up" or "lift me up" im not too sure i would be so happy if someone could possibly help me thanks so much

I know a song by Peter Himmelman called "The Damage and the Dust" The chorus is I want to lift you up, I want to Lift you up" Does this sound anything ike it? More info if need be.
