I found out weird info: it is Stanky's Hip Hop Polka (Stanky as John Stanky from a band called 'Stanky and the Coal Miners')

Actually...I am quite lost right now, as according to an article this song comes from a polka singer!

The lyrics go:
"It's the man with the master plan, here to turn it out with a mic in my hand."
