guys, I need help. who knows a song that has the following text:

'You give me so many reasons to love you, you give me so many reasons to care...' - I know it's not much, but maybe someone recognizes it....

I heard it a couple of days ago on radiomontecarlo2, it sounds pretty new, kinda a chillout love song ... any ideas? I'm desperately trying to find it ....

Hmmm, I know one with those words, but it is older, and not that mellow or chillout either, and I think it was released already 2 years ago under Defected label.
But I found for you a more relaxed remixes of it in Juno.co, maybe it is the same: KLOUD 9 - So Many Reasons (Copyright remixes)

the words go like this: You give me so many reasons to love you, darling. You give me so many reasons to care
