Forever 21 song!

Ok so I was in Forever 21 the other day and I heard an awesome song.
It was a pretty fast song so it was kind of hard to catch the lyrics. All I could really make out was a girl I think saying too high to cary on. And she said the word 'high' alot. It was a girl singing and it sounded kind of techno. If you could help me out that would be awesome!
