Billy Ocean??

Hey, I have very little for you guys and gals to go on this time, but I caught the end of a track that sounded like it could have been Billy Ocean, although it just as easily might not be, but all I seemed to catch was the end of a chorus, and I thought it mentioned 'black-filled emotion', although what that might be I have no idea!

Anyway, if anyone has any idea, or can point me vaguely in the right direction, I would be very appreciative. I promise i will get back on then on Monday and return the favour.
