i'm new to all this i was looking for a song and all i know is a couple of lines.

It's a female singer.
dance.
From the 90's

i think it maybe called Freedom.

it goes something like

" freedom oh oh oh oh oh. it's got to be freeeee oh oh oh oh oh.

i know it's not much but could someone please help

One oldie, where they talk about freedom, and sang by a woman, is:

Rozalla - Everybody's free

And then there was off course Ultra Naté with her song Free: YouTube - Ultra NatÃ© - "Free"

But there is so many songs about being free in dance songs, so... It is really hard to tell which is the right one. I hope you find what you are looking for
