Techno-ish song

The song was on the BPM XM station in my car tonight. Its a girl who sings "get dowwwwn". Over and over again, not sure if the title could be called "rocket" or if that was the next song.

Any help would be great!!!

One of Todd Terry's songs called Get Down is rather new, and it repeats in some remixes that verse, but it's not even close to techno, so i can be soooo in the wrong tracks
