The lyrics are sung by some chick(who sounds pretty wasted) and go:-

'I was sooo wasted'...'Iwas wasted'..'Iwas wasted'(echo effect).

It's to a really trip club techno/dance beat and i'v heard it on the radio a few times bout 2 years ago.
