It's an arrangement of the music from a Japanese shooting game.
The name of the music is "Devils Go Through the Night"
The composer is "Dobu Usagi"

I didn't find that track on there and I have no idea where you could find it. Maybe on a Japanese music site?

Thanks FAB, I found many different versions of this, and the one by dBu, but I can't find the guitar version, any idea who does that one?

btw this is the name of the song: 東の国の眠らない夜

just to check if I'm getting the right one, because it has the same tune and everything just no guitar or drums (

I don't speak [or read] Japanese so I dunno.
I'll try and find out who the guitarist was but it might not be possible. [for me anyway]
