Country Song Name/Artist Needed - Have some lyrics

My office has satellite radio. It plays a lot of soft rock and some newer pop and country. I've tried to google the lyrics and used other search engines, but haven't had any luck. It's a lady singing (sounds country). She sounds so familiar and when someone can help with the song title, and I discover the artist, I know I'm going to be kicking myself over it. The corus lyrics go something like this:
