*HELP* Does anyone know this song from Real World Sydney?

Does anyone know the song artist/title of the song playing on the first episode of Real World: Sydney, it starts playing after Parisa & Dunbar meets, and the lyrics started off with: "Here we are by ourselves..A story we can tell..its enough to keep them listening" then later on it goes: "As long as we're together" ,and that's all I got from it. Thanks.
