NEW Here...need help with 70's/80's song

hi, well i heard the song on the radio on a station that plays all music and they did not anounce the song...its was a man singing and he was saying "Going to the town to see, going on a mystery" or something like that in the chorus over and over.

a guitar??? the beat goes right along with the lyrics...it has to be an 80's song because it sounds like the 80's songs did
